WHAT IS MAINTENO® ?
Indo Anushka make MAINTENO® TM is a Y / T – Type Strainer technically designed to specially enable cleaning of the strainer online without the necessity of any opening up and shutdown. Designed based on the principles & laws of fluid dynamics, it enables cleaning of the strainer online by forced flushing and natural back flushing by just an operation of a blow down valve & no instrumentation involved.
WHY MAINTENO® ?
Strainers traditionally available in the market, Y-type / T-type (basket strainers also in T type) are installed before equipments on supply lines of fluid, gas, steam, etc. and are used for removing (straining) solid particles from the fluid.
All strainers gradually get choked due to the straining of the solid particles and collection of the same inside or before the screen.
Our product the “FCAT” is an air-trapping module which is again a first of its kind air trap module complete with air connecting bottle and totally mechanical in operation. Operating on the principle of buoyancy difference it successfully removes collected water from air receiver and other equipment’s as and when water is collected, thereby, providing a zero air loss solution
Manufactured a completely indigenously designed small capacity steam operated pump – “Mutiny Mini”. More than 50 of the same operating successfully in the industries helping them save even small quantities of condensate very economically
